Can there be a dumber tip than reminding you to smile when presenting to a group of people? The audience needs to like you and have confidence in you first before they accept whatever it is you're talking about.
A smile is a shortcut to achieving that.
Here’s the drill: Look people straight in the eye. Smile. Take a breath and knock the ball out of the yard.
